REMINDER: The next Outdoor Adventure Club trip will be the AMAZING Caving Trip to Maquoketa State Park in Iowa! This trip will be TOMORROW, Saturday, October 10th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Registration is now closed for this trip.
Boys basketball season is getting started! If your child is interested in participating in basketball, please review the information below to get registered. Also please join the SportsYou codes below for more information from coaches.
How to Register Your Child for all sports.
Please follow these step-by-step directions to complete the registration process:
1.Log on to:
https://accounts.snap.app/login?redirectTo=https://manage.snap.app/register/byron/dashboard/home
2. Create an account (continue to next step if you’ve created an account in the system previously).
3. Log in to your account & click Begin Registration to follow prompts. You will need to Add Participant’s Name
& ID # on initial login. If ID is unknown, please enter 1111 temporarily.
4. Select the Activity being registered for. Complete all required fields & click Save.
5. On the next screen you must print out & complete the Physical Form, and have it signed & dated where
indicated by the student, parent/guardian, & physician performing the exam. Send the physical form to the
office with your student.
6. Acknowledge all required documents have been read & accepted by BOTH the student and the
parent/guardian. Click Next. If both boxes are not checked, you will not be allowed to continue.
7. On the Registration Summary screen, click the “Submit” button. You will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@8to18.com.

6th-grade boys basketball-Will begin on Tuesday, October 13th, Wednesday, October 14th, and Thursday, October 15th at the PE Center from 3:30 - 5:00 pm. Students will ride the transfer bus over to Mary Morgan and sit in Mary Mogan's cafeteria until their coaches start practice.
Sports you code will be posted once students are divided evenly on orange/black team.
There will be a Boys Basketball parent/player meeting next Wednesday, October 14th at 5:00 pm for 6th - 8th grades in the BMS Cafeteria. It will last about 20 minutes. We will introduce each of the coaches and go over a few other things.
6th Grade Volleyball players please stop in the office to grab a flyer for some upcoming off-season Volleyball opportunities in our area.

The next Art Club meeting will be Wednesday, October 28th from 3:00-4:00 pm in the art room. Please sign up in the office if you would like to attend. All students are welcome!
Register for teen programs at the Byron Public Library! Sign up for Halloween Crafts (drop-in on your day off school on Monday, October 12th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm), Hocus Pocus movie (Tuesday, October 20th), a Murder Mystery Extravaganza (Friday, October 30th) and Dungeons & Dragons (on Wednesdays) on the library website.
After-School Teen Time at the Byron Public Library is from 3:00 – 5:00 pm Mondays through Thursdays. No registration necessary- just show up when your schedule allows it!
