The annual FFA Farm Show will take place this Friday all day behind Mary Morgan in the grass area. Come check out all the Agriculture projects these students are involved in!

Individuals interest in participating in Chess Club and/or STEM Club should plan to attend the meeting TODAY, Wednesday, 9/23. The meeting will be from 3:20-4:00 in the STEM Lab, Room 700/702. Students are welcome to report to this location immediately after school with everything they need to go. Students staying with a teacher should report directly to the meeting when with their go home items as well. There will be a 4:00 bus for students who need transportation. Join Byron Volleyball for our “Volley for the Cure” night on Tuesday, October 6th. All proceeds will be donated to help fight against Cancer.

Attention yearbook members: Order forms for apparel (tees, long sleeve tees, hoodies, and crewnecks) are in Google classroom and available in the office! Forms and payment are due by Wednesday, October 7th, at 3:00 pm. Ordering apparel is completely optional. See Mrs. Bukoski with any questions.

Upcoming Flu Clinic will be Thursday, October 8, 2026. Locations will be: Mary Morgan Bandroom from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and Byron Middle School Room #205 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. See attachment, scan the QR code for printable consent form. Form must be completed by October 6th. Turn form in at your building main office.

Register for teen programs at the Byron Public Library! Sign up for Cake Pops (Tuesday, September 29th), a Book Box (pick-up is Friday, October 2nd), Volunteens (Monday, October 5th), Halloween Crafts (drop-in on your day off school on Monday, October 12th from 2-4 pm), Hocus Pocus movie (Tuesday, October 20th), a Murder Mystery Extravaganza (Friday, October 30th) and Dungeons & Dragons (on Wednesdays) on the library website.

After-School Teen Time at the Byron Public Library is from 3:00 – 5:00 pm Mondays through Thursdays. No registration necessary- just show up when your schedule allows it!

The next Outdoor Adventure Club trip will be the amazing Caving Trip to Maquoketa State Park in Iowa! This trip will be Saturday, October 10th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the cost is $5.00. Registration forms are available in the BMS Office. Forms and money are due by the end of the day Tuesday, October 6th.
