Chess Club will meet again TONIGHT, Thursday, October 16th. We will meet in room 700 from 3:20-4:00. Students may report at 3:00. Chess Club is for anyone interested in chess. Student council is collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. The grade level with the MOST pop tabs at the end of October will win technology (phones/laptops) at lunch for a week!
Middle School FFA members can ride the FFA float on Thursday, October 16th. Please wear either Byron or FFA gear and meet at 5:00 pm at the FFA float behind the high school.
The Builder's Club will meet TOMORROW, Friday, October 17th from 3:00 – 4:00 in room 601. New members are always welcome. Pick up a registration packet in the main office.
Attention yearbook members: Order forms for apparel (tees, hoodies, and crewnecks) are in Google classroom and available in the office!! Forms and payment are due by THIS Monday, October 20th at 3:00 pm. Ordering apparel is completely optional. See Mrs. Bukoski with any questions.
Student council members interested in ordering apparel can pick up an order form in the office. Money and order forms are due to Ms. Free by October 24th.
The next student council meeting is Tuesday October 28th at 7:00 AM (no meeting next week).
The Builder's Club is sponsoring a hat and glove drive for the Rockford Rescue Mission. They have created hygiene bags and need new women's and men's hats and gloves to complete the bags. The goal is to collect 20 women's hats and gloves and 20 men's. The collection will be held until November. All donations can be dropped off in the collection box outside the main office.
