Ogle County Health Department will be holding a COVID Vaccine Clinic on September 13th from 8:00 to 11:00 in the Rec Center on the court closest to the high school. The follow up vaccine will be on October 4th also from 8:00 to 11:00.  Pfizer will be given.  Age 12 and up are eligible to get the vaccine.  Attached is the consent form.
